Adrien Moineau is a regional facilitator with the NBSAP Accelerator Partnership, supporting Vanuatu and the Pacific region, through SPREP, in advancing implementation of the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) and strengthening coordination across biodiversity-related policies and actors. With over 17 years of experience in climate change, sustainable development and environmental governance, Adrien has worked closely with government institutions, regional organisations, UN agencies, and local stakeholders across Pacific Island countries to support inclusive and country-driven planning processes. In this role, Adrien supports national and regional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical inputs related to NBSAP implementation, helping translate global biodiversity commitments into practical, context-specific action at national and subnational levels, while fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across the Pacific.
