Darwin John C. Raymundo is a national facilitator with the NBSAP Accelerator Partnership, supporting the Philippines in advancing implementation of the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) and strengthening coordination across biodiversity-related policies and actors. With 25 years of experience in marine conservation, environmental governance, and sustainable development, Darwin has worked with both national and subnational government agencies as well as local communities to support inclusive, country-driven planning processes. In this role, Darwin supports capacity-building activities and stakeholder engagement, helping translate global biodiversity commitments into practical, context-specific action at national and subnational levels.
