The meeting will help Parties, Indigenous Peoples and local communities, youth, and other stakeholders advance national commitments under Target 3 by addressing quantitative and qualitative elements, identifying gaps and challenges, and exploring opportunities for effective implementation. It will also provide a platform for peer learning, exchange of tools, and development of priority national actions to accelerate progress under the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
