The 28th meeting of the CBD’s Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice will convene in Nairobi to address key scientific and technical issues for implementing the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. The session will cover monitoring and reporting, protected areas, sustainable wildlife management, marine and coastal biodiversity, and IPBES-related matters in preparation for COP 17 in Armenia.
COP 17 of the Convention on Biological Diversity will convene in Yerevan, Armenia, marking a critical milestone for the global review of progress under the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
